How to Get Access to RADIUS
You can request access to RADIUS by signing up for a trial account. Access is provided after a short demo and NDA
process to ensure data confidentiality and compliant platform usage.
1. Request a demo / trial
- Submit a demo or trial request through your Platformance point of contact (POC) or website.
- A demo will be scheduled to walk you through RADIUS features, network coverage, and use cases.
2. NDA signing
- After the demo, you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
3. Trial account creation
- Once the NDA is signed, our team will:
- create a trial account for you on RADIUS
- provision dummy data for exploration
- Trial account setup typically requires 2–3 working days.
4. 7-day trial access
- You receive 7 days of trial access to explore the platform.
- During the trial you may:
- review features
- test workflows
- understand planning & reporting flows
5. Access revocation or upgrade
- After the 7-day trial, access is automatically revoked unless:
- you proceed with a live campaign agreement, or
- agree on onboarding as an active buying partner.
